My style is a Hatha/Vinyasa/Primal, and have studied under my teacher Veer Rana (India) since acquiring my 200Hr Teacher Training in 2017. I live out of Craig/Dearborn area, and currently work as a Senior Firefighter for the USFS. Excited to share this amazing communal space to bring my teaching and practice here in Helena.
