We will explore each of  the chakras, learn about each, and how they align together for a 3-part yoga class series.

🧘‍♀️ In these classes we will flow through a 60-minute moderate paced vinyasa style class, and winding down with some restorative Yin. These classes are designed   with the intention to align your energy to help you find balance, harmony, and tune into your intuition and authentic self.

🌈 These classes are sure to boost your over all well-being and help you to feel confident, happy, and at peace.
