*Class on the 7th will be a slow flow class, this is for the yogi who really wants to chill, relax, and unwind. 🧘‍♀️Class on the 21st is going to be a higher paced vinyasa flow, we’ll still get to chill we’re just going to sweat a bit before we do 🥰
