🍂 The weather is beginning to cool, the daylight is becoming shorter, and autumn is on the brink of being in full swing. The leaves will begin their transformation, and the trees will begin to let go their summer bloom.

It’s the perfect time to unwind, connect to your intentions, shed some of your own layers, and let go of things that are no longer serving you. ✨

This practice will be a one hour cozy all levels class. Join us afterwards for a glass of wine.

Class cost is $25. Bring your mat, your water, any props you may need (e.g., blocks, straps), and you’re beautiful selves.
